Day of Test:
-Consume food and beverages as usual, but

-Avoid physical activity.
-Shake well, and consume the entire bottle
of Absolute Carb at least 45 minutes prior to testing.
-After drinking Absolute Carb, wait 15
minutes.
-After 15 minutes, drink 16oz of water.
-Urinate 3-4 times after consumption.
