This product is specifically
designed to rapidly test the urine for traces of Opiates and metabolites such as
heroin and codeine. The test, like
that in the lab, is based on results within 300 ng/ml.
To
Use:
-
Remove the test device from the packaging and use immediately.
-
Place the device on a level surface and, using the dropper, transfer
three drops of urine in to the device section labeled “S”.
-
Start the timer.
After 5 minutes, lines should
appear and the test should be ready for reading.
Results may last up to 4 hours after beginning.
Reading the Results:
Positive Results:
Will reveal one red line in the control region, but no line in the test
region. This result indicates that
the Opiate concentration is above the 300 ng/ml detectable level.
Negative Results:
Will reveal one red line in the control region and a second red (or pink)
line in the test region, which means that the Opiate concentration is below the
detection limit of 300 ng/ml.
If a red line is not visible in
the control region, the test is invalid and needs to be repeated with a new
device.
